The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, V. M. Lytvyn makes a forecast that the next plenary week is going to be "exclusively hard" taking into account the necessity of the state budget adoption.
"The next plenary week is going to be exclusively hard because the budget should be scrutinized", - V. Lytvyn declared on Wednesday during the meeting with the society, pedagogical stuff, enterprises chairmen, pensioners and youth of Rzhyshchiv, town in Kyiv Region.
"Complicated discussion on this issue take place in the Parliament, as the Budget should be adopted taking into account present-day situation", - V. Lytvyn stressed.
He also pointed out that "No one i8s going to say that Ukraine stands on the threshold of the disaster". "That is why all the struggles should be abandoned at least for one year in order to preserve our country", - The Chairman announced.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada declared, not for the first time, that "that any budget is better that not to have it at all".
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, giving answers to the questions declared that the reformation of the Educational sphere is of the great importance. "I am for the increase of the places quantity for the students who will study on budget conditions. The principle of the affordable education should be realized."
